How Payments Are Processed
Consultation & Quote: All service scope, project requirements, and final pricing are agreed upon with the client via direct phone consultation or official email correspondence.
Payment Methods: Once an order is confirmed on call, payments are processed securely. Secure Digital Invoices sent directly to the client’s email/SMS.
Authorized Phone/Virtual Terminal Transactions upon explicit client authorization.
Currency: All prices and billing transactions are conducted in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.
Billing & Pricing
Baseline service costs are starting estimates; final project charges depend on the custom specifications agreed upon during the consultation call.
Full payment or an agreed-upon upfront deposit (as specified in your invoice) is required before work commences on any digital service.
3. Project Deposits
For custom services such as Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and other digital solutions, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
The required deposit amount will be specified in your project proposal or invoice.
4. Payment Schedule
Depending on the type and scope of the project, payments may be structured as:
- Full payment before project commencement
- 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon project completion
- Monthly recurring payments for ongoing services such as SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Maintenance
- Custom payment milestones agreed upon before the project starts
5. Late Payments
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in:
- Temporary suspension of services
- Delay in project delivery
- Additional late payment fees where permitted by law
Parveen Chaudhary LLC reserves the right to withhold project files or suspend ongoing work until outstanding balances have been paid.
6. Taxes
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees associated with their purchase unless otherwise stated.
7. Refunds
Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Deposits made for custom projects are typically non-refundable once work has commenced.
8. Subscription & Recurring Services
Services billed monthly, including but not limited to SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Maintenance, and related ongoing services, renew automatically according to the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled in writing.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
9. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, declined cards, expired payment methods, or banking issues:
- Services may be temporarily paused.
- Access to ongoing work may be delayed.
- Clients will be contacted to arrange an alternative payment method.
10. Invoice Delivery
Invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information remains accurate and up to date.
11. Currency
Unless otherwise specified, all prices, invoices, and payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
12. Price Changes
Parveen Chaudhary LLC reserves the right to modify pricing for future services at any time.
Any pricing changes will not affect projects already confirmed under an existing written agreement.
13. Secure Payments
We work with trusted payment providers to help ensure that payment transactions are processed securely.
Parveen Chaudhary LLC does not store sensitive payment card information on its servers.
