General Policy Statement
Due to the nature of digital products and labor-intensive services, payments made for completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable. Refunds are evaluated based on the project phase and the amount of work completed at the time of the request.
Project Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Cancellation Before Project Kick-Off (100% Refund):
If you cancel your service request within 24 hours of purchase or before any actual work/consultation has commenced, you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund.
- Work-in-Progress Cancellation (Partial Refund):
If a cancellation request is submitted after work has started (e.g., website wireframes drafted, initial graphic concepts designed, or technical SEO audits completed), a 50% Partial Refund will be issued to cover spent labor and resource costs. - Completed & Delivered Work (No Refund):
Once final deliverables (such as live website files, approved graphic assets, or completed marketing campaign setups) have been handed over to the client, no refunds will be provided.
Client Satisfaction & Revision Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If the initial design or service outcome does not meet your specifications:
We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions free of charge within the original scope of work.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the initial draft or delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to admin@prchllc.us with the subject line “Refund Request – Parveen Chaudhary LLC.
Include a detailed reason for your request.
Our billing team will review your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
